[FLOW3-announce] FLOW3 1.1.0 rc 2 has been released

Dear FLOW3 community.

FLOW3 1.1.0 rc 2, the second release candidate of the FLOW3 PHP application framework version 1.1 has been released.

Compared to version 1.1.0 rc 1 it contains 27 changes, some of them fixing non-trivial bugs. We present this RC instead of the planned stable release to be sure the included fixes work for everyone.
