[FLOW3-announce] FLOW3 1.1.0 rc 1 has been released

Dear FLOW3 community.

FLOW3 1.1.0 rc 1, the first release candidate of the FLOW3 PHP application framework version 1.1 has been released.

After the release of the third beta, we have fixed 11 issues and present this RC for getting feedback from the FLOW3 community.
