[FLOW3-general] Render Fluid exceptions inline

I disagree with this additional click to show the exception. Exceptions
are to be fixed and the information should be there in the first place.

I would agree with the exception displayed in an overlay (call it
lightbox), which can be clicked or ESCed away.
