[FLOW3-general] Render Fluid exceptions inline

I think this is currently one of the most annoying issue for (Fluid) 
developers.. Maybe we can find at least a way to improve the current 
situation? On my dev machine I always replace "throw $exception" by 
"return $exception->getMessage()" in the AbstractViewHelper..
