[FLOW3-general] Suggested folder structure for public resources

Maybe keep it simple and stick on 1 Folder: "Assets" + custom subfolders?
Cos i prefer "img", "scss", "styles", "js", "js/lib", etc...

Maybe i missed the point of strict foldernames...
