[TYPO3-windows] error in class.t3lib_div.php

Hi list,


On my laptop with Windows 7 x64 (Apache 2.2.16 and PHP 5.3.3) I have an 
error in tree of pages. This error can't let me work in BE.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class t3lib_div in 
d:\(...)\typo3_src-4.3.5\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 232

This line contains:

"final class t3lib_div {"

I see, that this class is used in typo3/ t3lib/ typo3_src/ directories 
and and by 2 extensions devlog and sr_freecap.


I made backup and I set up TYPO3 on Windows XP (Apache 2.2.13 and PHP 
5.3.1) and it works fine.

Does anyone know why it doesn't work on my laptop?
