Hi Johannes,

If you have not already done so:

If you have a Template with a TO/DS pair in place, make sure you copied the referenced  Template Source File to the correct location. I suppose you have also copied the complete database to the new server. 
In any case open the Template Object in the Backend in Templavoila. Look if the Template Object is correctly connected to the Data Structure Object. If it is, and if all your mappings seem to be correct, save it and (-> Empty the Typo3 Cache and the Frontend Cache. )

Make sure your new URL is defined in your configuration 
config.baseURL = http://www.yournewsite.com/
[globalString = IENV:TYPO3_SITE_URL=http://www.anyotherurl.any/]
	config.baseURL = http://www.yournewsite.com/ or http://www.anyotherurl.any/
(-> Empty the Typo3 Cache and the Frontend Cache.)

Consider to use Typo3 BE Tools - DB Überprüfung (Analyzer) and "Manage Reference Index". 
(-> Empty the Typo3 Cache and the Frontend Cache.)

If the Frontend still does not show anything go to the install tool and check the database...

I started to migrate a typo3 installation from my development machine to
another webserver.
Both systems are running Windows 2000 Server with IIS 5.0, PHP 5.2.8 and
mySQL 5.1.32, XCache, ISAPIRewrite3 and typo3 4.2.6 with equivalent
configurations.
PHP is loaded as ISAPI module.

The developement machine is working, but on the real webserver I got this:
I install templavoila extension, create a simple template and include the
following lines in the template setup:
  page = PAGE
  page.typeNum = 0
  page.10 = USER
  page.10.userFunc = tx_templavoila_pi1->main_page

Then the frontend stays white (the <body>-tag is empty, the <head> seems to
be correct).

I tried to load PHP as CGI, then the frontend is rendered correctly, but I
cannot login into backend or install tool.
Nevertheless I can login into install tool by typing the password into the
url.
