[TYPO3-windows] cc_awstats with IIS6 under windows - logfiles in wrong format

Try ics_awstats instead. I spent quite some time in conversation with
the author Valentin Schmid to eliminate problems on Win servers. Works
fine now. Pay attention to the hints for Win servers in the extension
setup dialog! Best make sure that the path to your Perl binaries does
NOT contain whitepspaces.
I.e. do NOT install it into
   C:/Program Files/Perl/
but into
   C:/Perl/

Attention:
ics_awstats 0.2.7 contains an AWStats version that itself shows a bug on
Windows servers. Do not use this ics_awstats version on Windows (or mail
me for a patch to the included AWStats).

Cheers, Jörg.
