[TYPO3-windows] Problems during installation & Few questions

check if there ist a mysql-service listening for connections. check your
user/password for mysql.


Another question, which has nothing to do with what I sayed before :

First of all i recommend you to start with a blank Dummy-Package.
Then you must read, read and read DocumentationsThen it's the best way to
use Css-Styled-Content, or checkout http://yaml.t3net.de/
