[Typo3-windows] Problem with new Installation on IIS

Hi

I got some simular error messages before when I tried to install Typo3 and 
MD-Pro resp.
The messages dissapeared when I granted -IUSR_<hostname> modify access to 
PHP and MySQL.

You will have to see their resp. insallation guides for which files, since I 
donät remember. but... I't might solve ypur problem...

Give to IUSR_nameofyourmachine user write permissions over typo3conf
directory and that error will dissapear.

You must give to that user write permissions over some more directories than
typo3conf. See the "Basic configuration" section in at the page install and
you'll see others directories that you must give write permissions for the
iusr_... user:

typo3temp/ writable
typo3conf/ writable
typo3conf/ext/ writable
typo3/ext/ writable
uploads/ writable
uploads/pics/ writable
uploads/media/ writable
uploads/tf/ writable
fileadmin/ writable
fileadmin/_temp_/ writable

I've tried to install Testsite 3.6.2 on an IIS Webspace.
PHP version on the Server is 4.3.4

When I go to ...testsite/typo3/install or just to ...testsite/ I get
