[Typo3-windows] Permission denied

Jakob,

You might want to make sure that the default user, IUSR_<computername>, has
write access to the typo3config directory.

Hi,

I'm trying to install Typo3 3.5.0, dummy package, on Windows XP/IIS (have
previously installed successfully on Linuix/Apache).

On the Install Tool front page I get this warning: failed to create stream:
Permission denied in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on
line 1230.

Any ideas as to why?
