[Typo3-windows] install problem online repository

HI typo3 community

I have run into a problem - not covered in the page at http://typo3.org/1422+M5bdf92acb89.0.html concerning the online repository.

I have a locally installed version of´ 'quickstart' on my win2000 using 'IE 6.0 SP1 something'. Getting extensions from the online repository works perfectly on that version.

Now, I also have the quickstart installed on a webserver, which I manipulate from the same machine as the local version. Everything seems to work except getting files at the online repository. I tried the Hotfix and it did not work :-|  

I get the following message when trying to download before and after using the hotfix.

My Php level is BEGINNER, so I must admit I am very lost here.
