[Typo3-windows] Permission denied

Hi,

I have the same problem, and to pin it out a little,the problem comes when i
go to the localhost/quickstart/ folder and is directed to the 1-2-3 part of
the installpage. On the first (1) page when i press "update localconf.php" i
get the errormessages:

I have tried to go to the Install Toll and get debugging information, but
this only gives another errormessage.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagetypes() in
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\quickstart\typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_install.php on line
797

This is my second install on this computer - the first time i used the amp+
WAMP package.

This time i set up an IIS (5.1) on WinXP, installed PHP v.4.3.2, reinstalled
mySQL + mySQLCC and used the quickstart .zip package.

I have tried to change the permissions in XP by selecting properties for the
folder "quickstart" under wwwroot and removing the "read only" flag, but
with no luck.

I have tried everything i could imagine, any ideas? Or places i could look
for a solution?
