[TYPO3-UG UK] Template editing

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I am trying to edit the template
page for my site.

I used to find it in the fileadmin area inside the content editor but since
moving sites and upgrading to Typo3 V4 editing this file does not seem to
affect the pages.

Has the pointer to the template changed in this version or is there
somewhere that would point me to the place that defines where this file
resides?
