[TYPO3-UG US] Error: The requested page didn't have a proper connection to the tree-root! (Broken rootline)

I have installed a few extensions (e.g. quixplorer, ics_awstats, and
ics_web_awstats) after the Zen Wireframe install, now I get this error on both the back end (Web
>> Page) and the front end: 




Warning:  mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in .../../typo3_src/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 796



And now the front end does not even display anything rendering an additional error: 



ERROR!

The requested page didn't have a proper connection to the tree-root! 



(Broken rootline)



Any ideas? I've tried re-installing the static_info_tables, which worked for me before when I had error #1 in the past.
