[TYPO3-UG US] (no subject)

Hi Guys I need some help,
        
I am installing TYPO3 4.0.2 on Ubuntu 6.10. Everything went OK until I point the browser to typo3 (for 1-2-3 install). Now I get this message: "Warning: mysql_list_tables(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource /var/www/typo3_src-4.0.2/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 967"
Please advice how to correct this.
