[TYPO3-UG US] different time zones

Elmar,

Server itself is set to home office time. Typo3 installation is set  
to home office time.

It's possible this is bad configuration, but in dealing with folks on  
multiple time zones, it's worked half-way decently given the  
extensions themselves are time zone aware.

My main concern is tt_news as that's where most authors push content to.
