[TYPO3-UG US] Case Study Possibility

Virgil,
Is this something like a CID (Community Improvement District) then?
Can you tell a bit more about the project? We had a CID for a client
before so I think I may be somewhat familiar with what you are trying
to do.
This may actually work if we are able to steer clear of politics, even
on a city council level (for I have never seen a more bitter fight
than fight of Georgians running for a local office;).
Also, next time I'm taking I-20 to South Carolina I'll stop by and
check out Augusta's downtown, thanks for the tip! (I'm in Gwinnett).
Any particular places worth visiting?
