[TYPO3-UG Italy] PHP OpenSSL extension not working

Salve a tutti,
mi apprestavo ad installare typo3 6.2 LTS su XAMPP 1.8.2 ma il Sistem Enviroment check mi ha restituito il messaggio in oggetto, seguito da tutta la pappardella...
Sul php.ini extension=php_openssl.dll non è commentata. Sull'Error.log di Apache trovo:

Come potrei risolvere?
