Ciao,

non sono esperta di typo3, ma credo che per ovviare al problema basti creare un file vuoto chiamato ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL dentro la cartella typo3conf che sta sul server e nulla più. Questo file va cancellato e ricreato di volta in volta per questioni di sicurezza.
