[TYPO3-UG Italy] [sr_feuser_register] upgrade e problema con checkbox aggiuntiva

Buongiorno.

 

Nel mio typo3 4.0.2 utilizzavo la versione 2.5.7 di sr_feuser_register, che ho esteso creando tramite kickstarter creando una nuova estensione per gestire un checkbox in più, di tipo Required.

 

Orbene, ho aggiornato sr_feuser_register alla 2.5.8 e...la mia estensione continua a funzionare, tuttavia NON riesco più a rendere obbligatorio il check del checkbox. Dove sbaglio?

 

Nel mio template di registrazione dati, la parte riguardante la checkbox aggiunta è:
