mi sa che hai ragione, tramite phpinfo vedo che ho solo le librerie GD ... 
pensi che questo possa causarmi dei problemi?

chi utlizza aruba linux come ha risolto il problema?

Sembrerebbe proprio che tu non abbia configurato correttamente il path
per imagemagick. Vai in installazione -> basic configuration e nella
sezione di imagemagick specifica il path agli eseguibili
(probabilmente lo dovrai chiedere a chi ti fa hosting).
