[Typo3-UG Italy] Problema installazione - Safe Mode

Ciao a tutti,
sono un neofita di TYPO3.....è da un mesetto che ci smanetto in locale e
adesso volevo metterlo su un server on line. Ho installato tutto, ho
configurato il database ma se provo a loggarmi al backend questa è la
risposta:

Non sono un super esperto ma credo si tratti del SAFE MODE che è su on?
Sbaglio? Ad ogni modo io non sto un mio server e se non sbaglio SAFE
MODE è configurabile dal php.ini a cui io non ho accesso. Quindi non mi
resta che chiedere al mio hosting.....ma prima di farlo volevo essere
sicuro che il problema sia questo.....voi che dite?
