[TYPO3-UG India] How to install static templates ?

 Hi
  I just started using typo3 in my LAN system and with the service
provider www.nettigritty.com.The problem I am facing with the
serviceprovider is that I am not able to locate  any static template in
it.But in my LAN setup I used the static templates made my layout out of
it.This is not possible with the service provider setup.
  How I can install the basic templates(static templates) in my ISP
setup ?.Can somebody give me a point ?
