[TYPO3-UG India] Internal Server Error for folders start with "csh"

I install Typo3 in our server, but can't access the folder starts with "csh". All images in this folder are now showing in the browser. And when I try to run simple HTML page residing on this folder it shows an "Internal Server Error". Can anyone give me some information what type of configuration mismatch causes this error.
