[TYPO3-UG India] Connecting to TER through TYPO3 Qucikstart

Hi Meenakshi,

it seems like your server has problems accessing the TYPO3 extension 
repository because it can't reach the server.

That might be caused by a firewall blocking outgoing connections from 
Apache, or something like that.

To work around that problem, you can also download the extensions 
manually from TYPO3.org.

Example: Scroll down to the very bottom of that page:
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/new/dam_multimedia/details/
There you'll see "Download compressed extension .T3X file".

You can then easily install the extension in your extension manager by 
selecting "Import Extensions from online repository" in the top right 
selectorbox and then use Browse form for uploading T3X files.
