[TYPO3-UG Dutch] Typo3 op Win2000 IIS server

Goeiemorgen,

Ik wil hier op de server van m'n werk Typo3 isntalleren. Het is Win2000 met 
IIS als webserver. PHP werkt goed, maar als ik naar de install tool ga, 
krijg ik het volgende:

Wat moet ik hier mee? Ik heb helaast totaal geen verstand van IIS...

En als ik rechtermuisknop->Properties doe op een bestand van Typo3 en dan 
tabblad Security en daar bij _WebApplications alles op allow zet, is dat 
hetzelfde als chmod 777?
