[TYPO3-UG Dutch] extensions manager problem

Did u already update ur database? 

If not, try that first. Got to:

DB controle, in the scroll menu asign: Manage Reference Index and choose
update now
after update check it.

Maybe it works, cant garrantee.

Hello,

Can someone help me out with this:

I've made a fresh install of typo3 version 4.0.4. on my webserver.
Everything works fine. I'm able to configure my installation en login to
the
backend. 

However: in the backend I found one fatal error. When I hit the link to
the
"Extension Manager" nothing happens! I get a blank page with the
following
error:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class:
sc_mod_tools_em_index in
/(root of my webserver)/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 3994

Can someone help me out here?
