[TYPO3-UG Dutch] Problem with installation CHC forum

Hello, 

When I install the CHC forum (version 1.4.5) everything seems to be ok, but 
when I click on the CHC Forum tab (under the Web tree), select the propiate 
forum and choose "Manage catagories" and OK, I receive an error after trying 
to insert a new record. The error is:

1: Attempt to insert record on page '[root-level]' (0) where this table, 
tx_chcforum_category, is not allowed

Can anybody help me out?
