[Typo3-UG Dutch] Extended Calendar

Ik heb geprobeerd de extended calendar te installeren, echter bij de
installatie gaat het al fout, zie de installatie status. Hier is te zien dat
de tabel in de database niet wordt aangemaakt. Enfin toch maar verder gegaan
naar de backend module, echter hier verschijnt de volgende melding:

Klaarblijkelijk gaat de installatie dus echt fout. Ik heb getracht de
installatie nogmaals uit te voren echter het resultaat blijft hetzelfde.
Jullie begrijpen het wellicht al.... wie kan mij even op weg helpen.
Overingens geen van de vier genoemde tabellen worden aangemaakt

-tx_calendar_targetgroup
-tx_calendar_organizer
-tx_calendar_item

Ter informatie ik werk met een Win2K server Met IIS, php 4.3.3. en MySQL
4.1.10.
