Efter næsten at have smidt håndklædet, googlede jeg lige en sidste gang
og fandt en beskrivelse jeg ikke havde prøvet..
Og det var et hit!
Så til jer der kunne støde på smame problem.

Just a tip for people installing Typo3 with Image Magick on a Windows
box. I've read mailings about how imagemagick should be installed:
1. In a directory path without spaces (eg. c:\Program Files\imagemagick
is unacceptable)
2. In the same dierectory as your root Apache web folder (eg.
...\htdocs\imagemagick)
Further to this, when installing IM I needed to rename the default
destination folder ("...\imagemagick-6.0.0-16"). Apparently a directory
name with periods (.) also results in the "No imagemagick install
available" error in Typo3's Basic Configuration test. I ended up finally
getting IM to work in c:\php\imagemagick\
