[Typo3-UG Denmark] Install af 3.7

Det er under installationen at fejlen kommer. Så jeg kan ikke gå ind i
install tool.

I did see this thread but and think I'm sure about your problem!

Go to the Install Tool, choose "4: All configuration" and look out for a
switch called "[SYS][no_pconnect]". Enable it and your problem should be
gone.
