Hi Christian
How long is a piece of string?
brief answer from $25 - 150 per hour.
It is much better to sell the benefits of your work - how much is a
client's website worth to him? A job that you would charge $2,000 for
based on an hourly rate may deliver $5,000pa worth of benefits, and
could be sold for $7,500 however this approach requires close
involvement to ensure that the benefits are actually sold.
Also you have to first get clients :)

cultural change, not by technology.
