You have to copy the files from the extension's folder to your fileadmin
folder. Think of the copy in the extension's folder as the default copy,
and the one you copy to your folder your customised version. That's
useful too, just in case you make some change or modification that
breaks your template.
You may need also to go to your TS Template Constants and point to the
extension to the location of your template in your fileadmin folder.
The root tree in the website structure isn't reflected in the fileadmin
folder. To look at what's in your fileadmin folder you need to go to
Web>File>Filelist. Provided you are an admin user you will see all
that's under fileadmin.
