Hi Greg,
Correct.
Goto List Module. Click the Section title for the type of record you wish to edit (this would be Pagecontent most likely). The list of fields will appear below the list of records. Click the edit pencil icon next to the top of the header field column to edit all headers.
Other fields can be edited batch in the same way if you add them using the field selection list below the record list.

Ive heard that single fields can be bulk edited - HOW ?
eg edit all headers on a page ???????????
