[Typo3-UG Australia] server requirements

Hi Paul

For the server typo3 needs

     * ImageMagick (standalone) 4.2.9
     * GDlib/Freetype (compiled with PHP) with gif read/write
     * zlib (compiled with PHP)
     * Apache with mod_gzip/mod_rewrite
     * A PHP-cache (eg. PHP-accelerator / Zend Accelerator,)

Steve has also said he would like 'rsync'
