Not exactly right. It is more about coordinating your workload in the right
direction and combining it with stuff for the community. Lots of developers
give support, others develop extensions, and another is doing training often
for free or low fee, while there are users which report bugs, promote
extensions, write tutorials etc. There are so many tasks you can be part of
and all this can be done with a bit of sense of coordinating those necessary
tasks for the community with your daily paid work. The client is interested
in the translation, extension, training etc so charge the client and spend
the time for the translation, extension, training etc without forgetting at
least 10% of your stuff doing for the community.

Anyway as father of 5 kids, wife, dog, cats, about 20 Lizards and one gecko
plus house for rent and a company with employees who earn equal salary like
their boss, we still do things for gods sake as it is for the community and
we share and promote TYPO3. We train our staff - they benefit, they help us
with translations for free during their freetime or in times the company is
providing for them during regular jobtimes. All this has never been about
money, but for us all who use TYPO3 and the fun to be part of a great
inspiring community. It is more about motivation and prepared surrounding.
Simply keep all this talking about money out of those discussions and tasks
for the community. If you wanna do it, there is always a way you can do it
even without money!

"Inspire to share" is still not equal with "Inspire to make me rich" or?

You Dmitry do a great job actually providing us and others this prepared
surrounding, so we can always start quite ontime with translating stuff
after an extension has been uploaded by you. Thanks
