[TYPO3-translators] Problem with two files on the server

Hi guys,

there is a problem with one extension on the translation-server, that is 
wec_staffdirectory:

When trying to edit
typo3conf/ext/wec_staffdirectory/locallang.xml
i get the error-message:
typo3conf/ext/wec_staffdirectory/locallang.xml did not contain parsed XML! 
Output:

And another problem with
typo3conf/ext/wec_staffdirectory/locallang_db.xml
Error-message:
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in 
typo3conf/ext/llxmltranslate/mod1/class.sc.php on line 1236
