[TYPO3-translators] ll-XML tool in the translation server fails

Hello again,

My problem still remains, but when today I logged in to the translation 
server again, I additionally got the message
"The file "typo3conf/l10n/gr/cms/gr.locallang_tca.xml" is no TYPO3 
language file!"
in the tree section of TYPO3 Backend, without any change by me in the 
server.

Please tell me what should I do to fix these problems, so I can 
translate the Backend in the translation Server. I could translate it 
locally but I would like to make the translations, and the whole 
tranlation proccess publicly available.
