[TYPO3-workspace] Disable page content editing for proofreaders

Hi,

I am wondering if it would be possible to disable page content editing for a proofreader? Currently you have to give modify rights to the table page content to allow stage changes. But I would like to allow only change changes (and disable editing) for the proofreader.

My idea is that the editor creates/edits page content and then saves the changes so that the proofreader can check the changes and later on publish the changes. BUT the proofreader doesn't need to to have editing rights on the page contents since he only reads content.

I couldn't find a solution so maybe someone here could help me out?

If it isn't possible at all. Is there an extension or another way to do this?
