[TYPO3-workspace] Draft Workspace can't be found

Hi,

I'm using Typo3 version 6.1.6 but I can't find where the draft workspace is. Only the live workspace and new custom workspaces are listed. Additional custom workspaces then act like live workspace that changes are published automatically into the front-end. 

Can you please help me how to set the draft workspace please?
