[TYPO3-workspace] Documentation and pagination

Hi,

the new (in 4.5) extension seems to list only ten changes in the
workspace view by default. I couldn't find any documentation on where to
change this as that number is far too low.

I checked

Btw, the link to the docs on

is broken (like many more on the forge). The link to your mailinglist is
broken as well, netfielders.de doesn't respond at all.

Other than that the upgrade looks nice and I'm sure that moving it to
the new architecture was a good thing, thanks for your work!
