[TYPO3-workspace] IE8 crashes when changing stage an there is a scrollbar in the popup

Hi,

today we saw the issue in IE8 described in the subject.
Thorsten Rath already filed a bug report 
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/34147 where I have also already posted 
that I can confirm this.

Some information that could help (although it couldn´t help me):
The error is that IE8 crashes with an error in .NET´s dw20.exe file, 
telling something about "ie in protected mode bla bla" (i know, that´s 
not so precise, forgive me). When I add the site to IE´s trusted sites, 
I do not get the dw20.exe error, but IE crashes immediately and wants 
so send an error report.

Maybe someone can reproduce this, or even has experience in fixing this.
