[TYPO3-workspace] How scalable are workspaces?

Hi,
I'm really sorry for the late answer. I saw the post but had no chance
to actually check the code.
I think we can avoid a couple of duplicate SQL queries with smarter
caching. In general I don't see to make these queries much simpler but
we can avoid that they're called too often.
Is there the chance that you could maybe send the output of the
xdebug-profiler for one of these calls (so that we can discover it with
kcachegrind)?
