[TYPO3-workspace] Migration to Git

Hi guys,

we have switched the repository of the TYPO3v4 workspaces project to GIT 
during the Code Sprint in Berlin. This means that you should no longer 
commit anything to our SUBVERSION repository 
(https://svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/CoreProjects/workspaces).

The reviewing process will then work through GERRIT. The mailing list 
(typo3.teams.workspace) will loose its meaning and the workflow of 
getting patches into the EXT:workspaces and EXT:version will basically 
be this:

1) clone one or both GIT repositories 
(http://git.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/CoreProjects/workspaces/version.git / 
http://git.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/CoreProjects/workspaces/workspaces.git)

2) make your changes

3) push the changes to GERRIT (ssh://<username>@review.typo3.org:29418)

4) review the change requests in GERRIT [1] => this replaces this 
mailing list from now on!

We're basically following the same rules as the Core. So please refer to 
[2] for further information and documentation.

If you have issues with the workflow, please refer to the GIT team page [3].

We're of course continuing to use the bugtracker on forge.

Once we figured out how to merge with the Core is done in the best way, 
I'll let you ;)

PS. I did the Gutenberg combo on Ernesto's original mail to the Core
