[TYPO3-workspace] FYI #11539: Split view

Problem:
Atm it is not possible anymore to view the workspace version and the 
live version of a page together. But that's what people might need.

Solution:
The attached patch adds vbox and hbox modes for the preview. Its the 
result of a ~1 month fight with ExtJs, it's not perfect yet but much 
better than what we had before.

Additional information:
As discussed in Skype this was committed to trunk (rev. 3909) just to 
make sure that RC1 also contains it.
