[TYPO3-workspace] RFC #11574: Workspaces grid: stages should "sit" on one line

Problem:
The display of the current state is not visually aligned. On hover the
stages "hop" around.

Solution:
CSS ;)

Additional information:
I'm adjusting the generated background position of the icons. When we
sometime in the future get a real sprite instead of single icons we have
to take care of that. But for now I think this is ok.
