[TYPO3-workspace] FYI: #12347: Incorrect registration of status report

As discussed in the meeting today the following changes were committed 
to SVN Trunk (rev. 3860)

Type: Bugfix

Branch: Trunk

Problem:
Due to incorrect registration of the workspace status check all other 
checks in the configuration category can not be displayed.

Solution:
Change the typo and make everything work again.
