[TYPO3-workspace] RFC #10439: Data array used in ws-grid should be cached

Problem:
The hole data array is build at each request. To prevent server time a 
caching mechanism is needed.

Solution:
caching impelmented

Notes:
There are two new database tables needed to check this patch (see 
ext_tables.sql)
