[TYPO3-workspace] RFC #11529: Infinite not infinite / moved pages not always visible in element list

Problem:
Moved pages and their contents will not show up in the element list if 
they're not a direct child of the current page.

Solution:
The calculation which pages have been moved out of the "focus" wasn't as 
accurate. The attached patch fixes that.
